At the close of King Philip's War, William Hubbard commissioned this woodcut map to illustrate his The history of the Indian wars in New England: from the First Settlement to the Termination of the War with King Philip in 1677. The maps shows the locations of towns between the Connecticut and Kennebec Rivers.

Mount Wachusett (Princeton, MA), where significant diplomacy occurred in 1676 for the return of captured settlers is labeled Wujusei Hill.
